Artículo cuarenta y nueve

1. A partir de la proclamaci?n, cualquier candidato excluido y losrepresentantes de las candidaturas proclamadas o cuya proclamaci?n hubiera sidodenegada, disponen de un plazo de dos d?as para interponer recurso contra losacuerdos de proclamaci?n de las Juntas Electorales, ante el Juzgado de loContencioso-Administrativo. En el mismo acto de interposici?n debe presentarlas alegaciones que estime pertinentes acompa?adas de los elementos de pruebaoportunos.

2. El plazo para interponer el recurso previsto en el p?rrafo anteriordiscurre a partir de la publicaci?n de los candidatos proclamados, sinperjuicio de la preceptiva notificaci?n al representante de aquel o aquellosque hubieran sido excluidos.

Article49

1.After the proclamation, any candidate excluded and the representatives of the proclaimedcandidatures or whose proclamation had been denied have a period of two days to appealagainst the Electoral Commissions’ decisions before the Court of AdministrativeContentious. In the same act they must file the arguments deemed relevant duly accompaniedby the appropriate evidence.

2.The deadline, for lodging/filing the appeal regulated in the previous paragraph,begins to run from the publication of the proclaimed candidates, withoutprejudice to the mandatory notification sent to the representative of the oneor the ones who had been excluded.
