Besv?r anf?rs hos den beh?riga f?rvaltningsdomstolen inom14 dagar fr?n det att valresultatet har offentliggjorts. VidEuropaparlamentsval ska besv?r dock alltid anf?ras hos Helsingforsf?rvaltningsdomstol.

“After the election results havebeen confirmed, appeals can be lodged against the decision on the electionresults, on the grounds that it is unlawful. […] Such appeals must be lodgedwith the Regional Administrative Court (RAC) within 14 days of the confirmationof results and must be processed without delay.”
