'Section 20

(…)

(4) Where the CentralElectoral Commission decides pursuant to section 19 (2) on the registration ofa list of candidates or on the registration of a rectified list of candidates,or where it decides not to register a list of candidates, then the respectivepolitical party or coalition may petition the Supreme Court of the SlovakRepublic to issue a ruling on the decision. The Supreme Court may rule eitherto deregister a list of candidates, register a list of candidates or reinstatea candidate on a list of candidates.[12]Thepetition may be submitted not later than three days after the Central ElectoralCommission has made the decision.'
