Maximum complaint time since occurrence or discovery

The Electorallaw does not provide the maximum time allotment to file a complaint with thefirst instance body.

?        Article 94

(1)   Any person orpolitical organization denied of registration for candidature shall have the rightto lodge a complaint to the Constituency Grievance Hearing Committee and get a decision.

(2)    Any individual or political organization that objectsto the registration of a candidate shall have the right to lodge a complaint tothe Constituency Grievance Gearing Committee and seek a decision.

12/ A complaintabout denial of registration for candidature of a political organization or a privatecandidate shall be lodged until the end of the registration of candidates.

13/ A complaintabout objection to the registration for candidature shall be lodged in theperiod between the beginning of candidates’ registrations up to the official announcementof registered candidates

44/ Place ofCandidates' Registration Registration of candidates shall be carried out in constituenciesin accordance with the timetable for candidates' registration to be issued bythe Board.
