Section 209
(1)Objections shall be submitted so that they are received by the election commission with competence inadjudging them on the thirtiethday after the legal violation at the latest.
(2) In the case of an on-goingactivity, the objection may be submitted during the entire period of theexistence of the activity found injurious. The deadline for the legal remedyshall be calculated not from the start of the activity found injurious, butfrom the last point in time when the situation found injurious still existed.
Comment
Thelaw leaves open the understanding that the complaints can be submitted any timesince the violation has occurred but for a maximum time of 30 days.
