Article Nine: Objections mentioned in article 9 shall be decidedby one or more committees formed according to a decision of the High ElectionsCommission, in each governorate under the chairmanship of a judge of the Courtof Appeal, and the membership of 2 judges bearing the rank of President of thecourts of first instance, chosen by the Supreme Judicial Council. The decisions shall be takenwithin 7 days from the date candidate nominations closed. Arepresentative of the Ministry of Interior chosen by the minister shall be thecommittee’s technical secretariat.
