26. Declaration of invalidity ofcandidature by Electoral Commission

(3) Where the Electoral Commission decides that acandidature is invalid it shall so endorse the declaration of candidaturegiving reasons for the decision.
(4) The decision of the Electoral Commission thata candidature is valid or invalid shall be final and shall not be questioned inany proceedings whatsoever.
