Art. 183: In case ofdispute regarding an act of the President of the Independent National ElectoralCommission (CENI), issued​​ pursuant to Articles 181 and 182, therepresentatives of the candidate lists can, within seventy-two hours from the publication,appeal to the administrative court, which must rule within three days from thesubmission.
