?        Article 81

(1) A candidate or PoliticalParty may appeal to the Competent Court against a decision of the Commission toreject or accept a nomination.

(2) Any appeal undersub-section (1) of this section shall be made within seven days from the dateof publication of the Commission’s decision to reject or accept a nomination.
