Folketingets godkendelse af valget

? 88. Enhver v?lger kan klage over folketingsvalg. Klagerskal stiles til Folketinget og sendes til ?konomi- og indenrigsministeren.Klager skal v?re ?konomi- og indenrigsministeren i h?nde senest ugedagen eftervalgdagen.

5.2.ELECTION COMPLAINTS

Anyvoter has the right to complain about the election. Such complaints must besent to the Ministry of the Interior and Health (but addressed to theFolketing) within a week of the election.

TheMinistry comments on the complaints before they are submitted to the Folketingfor considera­tion. Complaints may concern any topic related to the conduct ofthe election and the counting of votes. Requests for recounts are alsoconsidered.

No courtis involved in the handling of election complaints as regards the outcome orthe validity of the election.
