Si l’?ligibilit?d’un candidat para?t douteuse au vu des condamnations encourues, le pr?sidentdu bureau principal de la circonscription fait v?rifier d’urgence par leParquet si les conditions d’?ligibilit? sont remplies.  Il invite le candidat ? pr?senter sesobservations.

If the eligibilityof a candidate seems doubtful, the president of the district's main office mayurgently check if the eligibility requirements are met.  [then][ He invites the candidate to submitits observations.

Soixante-cinq joursau moins avant l’?lection, le pr?sident du bureau principal de lacirconscription ?lectorale publie un avis fixant les jours, heures et lieu auxquelsil recevra les pr?sentations de candidats et les d?signations de t?moins.

Art. 136 .

Sixty-fivedays before the election, the president of the main office of the electoraldistrict shall publish a notice setting out the days, hours and place at whichit will receive nominations of candidates and designations of witnesses.
