Even though there is no specificquotation in Electoral Law on how the hearing should be carried out, it ispossible to make a conclusion that as long as a court is in charge ofdelivering a decision on certain dispute - there will be a court hearing. Forthe part concerning CEC, it is not specified, and it cannot be assumed aselectoral bodies functioning process doesn’t follow for example the regularrules of the judiciary in terms of hearings - thus NO.
