Artículo cuarenta y nueve

3. La resoluci?n judicial, que habr? de dictarse en los dos d?assiguientes a la interposici?n del recurso, tiene car?cter firme e inapelable,sin perjuicio del procedimiento de amparo ante el Tribunal Constitucional, acuyo efecto, con el recurso regulado en el presente art?culo, se entender?cumplido el requisito establecido en el art?culo 44.1, a), de la Ley Orgánicadel Tribunal Constitucional.

3.The court decision, which shall be issued/ruled in a two days time after thelodging of the appeal, is final and unappealable, without prejudice to the remedyof amparo [protection of constitutional rights] to the Constitutional Court, towhich end, with the appeal regulated in this article, the requirementsestablished in Article 44.1, a) of the Organic Law of the Constitutional Courtshall be considered met.
