Appointment and powers ofElection Judge
33. (1) Every election petitionshall be tried by the Chief Judgeb or by a Judge of any High Court nominated bythe Chief Judge for the purpose:
Provided that the Chief Judgeshall not nominate a Judge of a High Court of which he is not Chief Judgewithout consulting the Chief Judge of that High Court.
