Holdinghearing: law No. 38 of 1972 (and its amendments) does not stipulate anyrequirement for the committee to hold a hearing. In the past election, thecommittee never holds hearing while reviewing the appeals. The high number ofcomplaints makes it impossible for the committee to hold hearing in such cases.
