- لطالب الترشح ان يطعن في القرار لدى محكمة الاستئناف التي تقع الدائرة الانتخابية المحلية ضمن اختصاصها خلال ثلاثة ايام من تاريخ تبلغه القرار معززا طعنه ببينات واضحة ومحددة ، وعلى المحكمة الفصل في هذاالطعن خلال ثلاثة ايام مناليوم التالي لتاريخ تقديم الطعن لديها، ويكون قرارها بشأن الطعن قطعيا
وغير قابل للطعن لدىايمرجع آخر،ويتم تبليغه
