Requirement to hold a hearing

Article258 (4) Law No 8/2012 on Legislative Election

(4)   Bawaslu shall solve the Election disputesthrough the following stages: 

a.   Receiving and reviewing the reportor finding; and

b.   Arranging a meeting attended bydisputing parties to reach an agreement through deliberations andconsensus.
