Article 57.(1) The Court shall adjudicate cases by a judgment, except in the caseset out in subsection 591 (1).
(2) A judgment shall be adoptedby a simple majority vote while safeguarding confidentiality of deliberations.Judges shall resolve all disagreements in deciding the case by a vote. No judgehas the right to abstain from voting or remain undecided. The presiding judgeshall vote last. In the case of an equal division of votes, the vote of thepresiding judge shall govern.
