Requirement to issue reasoned decision

Unofficialtranslation:

Article96: Any rejection to application, whether from candidate or political party,must be legally reasoned.

Theapplication is subject to rejection within ten days starting from the date offiling the application.

Thedecision is subject to appeal by the respective administrative court withinthree days starting from the date of notification rejection.

The respective administrative court hasto issue its rule within five days starting from the date of registration ofthe appeal.

All parties should be informed by thecourt decision, including the Wally, in order to execute it.

Thecourt decision is final and not subject to any kind of appeal.
