Election Dispute Resolution
Article 258
(1) Bawaslu is entitled to solve Election disputes.
(2) Bawaslu has the power to delegate authority to Provincial Bawaslu,Regency/Municipal Panwaslu, District/Kecamatan Panwaslu, Field ElectionSupervisor, or Overseas Election Supervisor.
(3) Bawaslu shall investigate and decide Election disputes within 12(twelve) days after receiving the report or finding
