Requirement to issue reasoned decision

Article 31: Provincial Supervision Committees in accordance to thearticle 52 of the law shall investigate and examine the submitted complaints ofthe disqualified candidates within 7 days.

Provision 1: Ifthe Provincial Supervision Committees suggests the disqualification of some ofcandidates already approved by the Executive Committees, they shall do so bymentioning the articles and documents the disqualification is based on and alsoin accordance to the law for detailed investigation of the candidate’scomplaints and by recording in the proceedings.

Provision 2: Provisional Supervision Committees can start theinvestigation of candidates’ qualifications immediately after receiving therecords from the respective constituencies in order to speed up thequalification process.
