Lorsque, surpr?sentation par le Parquet de l’extrait du casier judiciaire ou de tout autrerenseignement, l’in?ligibilit? est constat?e, le pr?sident raye le candidat dela liste pr?sent?e.

When,upon presentation of the criminal record or any other information theprosecution, [the candidate] is found ineligible, the President erases thecandidate from the list presented.
