CHAPTERVI: CHALLENGES

Article29:

TheLocal Court (Partial Court) Judge, within which the polling centre is located,shall consider all challenges related to the electoral process as a whole, andadjudicate on the challenge within three days from the date of submission. The ruling shall besubstantiated. The complainant may lodge an appeal against thesedecisions before the head of the Primary Court or his/her delegate, withinthree days from the date of delivery of the ruling, which shall be adjudicatedwithin three days. The ruling shall be final and binding for the Commission toimplement.
