Article 13-1 (1)The decision of the CentralElection Commission to register a candidate list or to refuse to register acandidate list, as well as the decision to delete a candidate from the list,may be appealed in courtwithin three days after the decision has been made.

Article 54 (1) In the case specified inParagraph 1 of Article 13-1,the appeal shall be submitted to the Administrative Regional Court, but in the cases specified inParagraph 2 of Article 35-1, Paragraph 1 of Article 51 and Paragraph 2 ofArticle 52-1 appeals shall be submitted to the Department of AdministrativeCases of the Supreme Court Senate.
