Art157. Appeals and jurisdiction.
(1) No appeal lies without the special leave of theHigh Court from the decision of the High Court on any question of law, whetheron appeal or otherwise, under the foregoing provisions of this Part of thisAct, and if leave to appeal is granted the decision of the Court of Appeal inthe case shall be final and conclusive.
