Possibility to appeal

Constitution 1968, Article 37 (6).A determination by the Supreme Court in proceedings under this section shall not be subject to an appeal: Provided that an appeal shall lie to the Judicial Committee in such cases as may be prescribed by Parliament.http://www.gov.mu/portal/site/AssemblySite/menuitem.ee3d58b2c32c60451251701065c521ca/

The law is clear on the appeals to the Judicial Committee. It only says such cases may be prescribed by Parliament.
