Article 68. (…) The decision of the circuit electoral commission on denial toregister a candidate for deputy of the House of Representatives may be appealedagainst by the person nominated as a candidate for deputy within a three-dayperiod in the Central Commission. The decision of the Central Commission may be appealedagainst by the person nominated as a candidate for deputy in the Supreme Courtof the Republic of Belarus within the same period. The Supreme Court ofthe Republic of Belarus considers the complaint within a three-day period andits decision is final. (…)
