98 Judicial review
Section 222
(1) Natural and legal personsand associations without a legal personality affected by the case may requestthe judicial review of second instance resolutions of election commissions andresolutions of the National Election Commission.
(2)Judicial review shall not be conducted unless the right of appeal in theelection procedure has been exhausted, or appeals are excluded pursuant to theprovisions of this law.
(3)No judicial review shall lie against duly recorded decisions.
99 Submitting appeals andrequests for judicial review

(1) Appealsand requests for judicial review shall be submitted to the election commissionthat issued the challenged resolution.

(2) Applications for judicial reviewshall be adjudged by the court within three days from receipt. The provisionsof the Act on the Code of Civil Procedure regarding public administrationlawsuits shall be applied in judicial proceedings mutatis mutandis, subject tothe exceptions set out in this Act.
Section 229
(1) Requests for judicial reviewshall be adjudged by the regional court of appeal with territorial competenceat the seat of the election commission that issued the resolution of secondinstance. Requests for judicial review against resolutions of theNational Election Commission shall be adjudged by the Curia.
(2)The court shall decide upon applications for judicial review in out-of-courtproceedings, in a council consisting of three professional judges.
