Clause 3. Incase the opinion of the central Supervisory Board is to disqualify candidateswhose candidacy has been confirmed by the Executive Board of the center of theelection district, the candidates can submit their appeal to the GuardianCouncil.  The Guardian Council will announce its final and bindingdecision regarding acceptance or rejection of candidates to the InteriorMinistry within 20 days of the decision by the central Supervisory Board.
