8. Registeredelector may object to nomination paper.

-(1) It shallbe lawful for any person whose name appears on the register of electors for anydivision to object to the nomination paper of any candidate and the returningofficer shall decide on the validity of every objection made.

 (2) If the returning officer disallows the objection his decision shallbe final, but if he allows the same his decision shall be subject to reversalon petition questioning the election or return.

46. Avoidanceof election on election petition.

-(1) The election of a candidate as amember shall be declared to be void on an election petition on any ofthe following grounds which may be proved to the satisfaction of the Electionjudge-
