Possibility to appeal

Art. 96.

Paragraph 8 Where an appeal against a decision is applicable, it shall be submittedwithin twenty-four hours of the publication of the decision (effected in anotary office or during the session), being hereby assured the defendant'sright to offer counter-arguments also within twenty four hours, counted as ofthe date of its notification.
