Electoral Act Chapter 2:13, 172
(1) Adecision of the Electoral Court on aquestion of fact shall be final.
(2) Adecision of the Electoral Court on aquestion of law may be the subject of an appeal to the Supreme Court.
(3) Anappeal under subsection (2) shall be determined within six months from the dateof the lodging of the appeal.
