D?il Election Petitions
(6) Any party to a petition may appeal on a questionof law to the Supreme Court against a decision of the High Court on thepetition and subject to the foregoing the decision of the High Court shall befinal and not appealable.

Note: Appeals on thedecision of the High Court can be made to the Supreme Court only on a questionof law.
