Article259 (1)

(1)   Bawaslu’s decision concerning the solutionof Election disputes is a final and binding decision, excluding the decisionson Election disputes related to the verification of Election ContestingPolitical Parties and the final list of candidates for members of DPR, DPD, Provincial DPRD and Regency/MunicipalDPRD.

(2)    Election disputes related to the verification of ElectionContesting Political Parties and the final list of candidates for members of DPR, DPD and Provincial DPRD andRegency/Municipal DPRD shall be firstly settled by Bawaslu.
