Article 66. (3) Complaints against the actionsand decisions of the Central Election Commission will be submitted to the Chisinau Court of Appeal.

Article 68 (5) Court rulings shall be final andbinding for execution upon its adjudication.

(6) Court rulings may be appealedwithin three days of their adoption.

(7) Suchappeals shall be examined within three days of submission.
