Possibility to appeal

?        The electorallegislation does not specify the maximum time allotment to file a complaintwith the first instance; see below in the following provision.

?        Article 94

5/ Where theConstituency Grievance Hearing Committee does not give decision in 24 hours fora complaint lodged in accordance with sub article (2) above, the complainantmay appeal to the Regional Electoral Office Grievance Hearing Committee within72 hours.

6/ A political organization or private candidate denied of registrationfor candidature or objects to the registration of a candidate may reject thedecision of the Constituency Grievance Hearing Committee and appeal to theRegional Electoral Office Grievance Hearing Committee.

9/ Where the Regional Electoral Office Grievance Hearing Committee doesnot give decision to an appeal about objection to registration for candidaturein 58 hours, the complainant has the right to appeal to the Regional SupremeCourt in 48 hours.

11/ Any complainant dissatisfied by the decision of the RegionalElectoral Office Grievance Hearing Committee may appeal to the Regional SupremeCourt in within 48 hours of the decision. The decision given by the court shallbe final.
