Article 13-1 (2) In order to carry out the court rulingby which a decision referred to in Paragraph 1 of this Article is repealed, theCentral Election Commission shall either register or discard the relevantcandidate list or shall either restore the name of a candidate on theregistered candidate list or delete it from the list.
