Lorsque, sur pr?sentationpar le Parquet de l’extrait du casier judiciaire ou de tout autrerenseignement, l’in?ligibilit? est constat?e, le pr?sident raye le candidat dela liste pr?sent?e.

When,upon presentation of the criminal record or any other information the prosecution,[the candidate] is found ineligible, the President erases the candidate fromthe list presented.
