Article 64: Appeal against refusal toapprove candidates’ list

(B)The Supreme Court shall hear an appeal under this section by three Judges, andits judgment shall be final. The judgment shall be served on theCentral Committee not later than the 13th day before election day.
Article 65: Publication of candidates’ list
The Central Committee shall, not later than the 8thday before election day, publish in Reshumot the candidates’ list as approvedby it or by the Supreme Court under section 64.

The Supreme court can order the central electoral committee tocancel its decision and to list the excluded candidate.
