المادة الرابعة: لمجلس المفوضية الوطنية العليا للانتخابات اتخاذ القرارات ابالاجراءات التالية:
1- استبعاد المترشح عملا بالمادة الثانية عشر من القانون رقم 17 لسنة 2013
2- حجب نتيجة اى محطة انتخابية اذا ثبت ان هناك تزويرا او تلاعبا يخل بنتائج العملية الانتخابية عملا بالمادة 25 من القانون رقم 17 لسنة 2013 واعادة فرز وعد نتائج المحطة او الالغاء.
