Article 46. (1) In the adjudication of cases, the Supreme Court may:1) repeal adecision of an electoral committee, declare a measure taken by an electoralcommittee unlawful and require that the electoral committee make a new decisionor take a new measure; 2) to dismiss the complaint or protest.
