Date ofcommencement: 21st November 2005
(12) Where theElectoral Commission—
refuses to registera political party or organization under this section; or
fails to process theapplication within the time prescribed in subsection (11),
the applicant may,in writing, petition the High Court for an order requiring the
Electoral Commissionto process the application.
