Article (13)
Each voter shall have the right tochallenge the Board's decision accepting the nomination application submittedby the electoral list delegate or accepting the nomination of any of thecandidates included in the list attached to the application before the AmmanCourt of Appeal within 3 days as of the date of displaying the candidates’lists.
Article (14)
A. If as a result of the appeal inaccordance with the law provisions and these instructions, it was decided toreject one or more of the candidates' names on the list attached to thenomination application,the electoral list delegate may submit to the Board one or more names toreplace the rejected names.
