82(1) All questions which may arise from any election as to the right of anyperson to be or remain an elected member of the National Parliament shall bereferred to and determined by the Court on a petition presented by theAttorney-General or by an
elector,in accordance with the procedure prescribed by Rules made under section 85 forthe presentation and hearing of an election petition and the decision of theCourt on any such petition shall be final and shall not be questioned in anyother proceedings.
