Article Nine – bis (b)
Any challenge to a decisionissued by the objections committee referred to in article nine – bis shall bedeposited with the Administrative Courtwithin seven days of the publication of the candidate lists and the court shalladjudicate the challenge without presenting it to the State
Delegates Commission within 7 days at most.
A stay of execution regarding the ruling of the AdministrativeCourt is not permitted to any other body, unless the Supreme AdministrativeCourt issues a stay of execution.
