Article26. […] (8) The decisions referred to in Items 10, 11, 12and 13 of Paragraph (1), Items 5 and 6 of Paragraph (2), Items 4 and 5 ofParagraph (3), Items 6 and 7 of Paragraph (4) and Items 2 of Paragraph (5), including the refusals of registration, shall be appealable before theSupreme Administrative Court care of the Central Election Commissionwithin 24 hours after the communication thereof. The Central ElectionCommission shall transmit the appeal to the Court forthwith. The SupremeAdministrative Court shall examine the complaint and shall pronounce by ajudgment within 24 hours after the receipt of the said appeal, sitting in publicsession with the appellant, the Central Election Commission and the personsconcerned being summoned. The judgment of the court shall be made publicforthwith and shall be unappealable.

Article 83. (1) The Central Election Commission shall conduct acheck of the documents covered under Article 82 herein (*which article refers to Registration of Partiesfor participation in elections), and the lists referred to in Item 7 ofArticle 82 (3) herein shall be delivered forthwith to the Directorate Generalof Civil Registration and Administrative Services at the Ministry of RegionalDevelopment and Public Works for a check. Upon ascertainment of any omissions,the Central Election Commission shall forthwith give directions for theelimination thereof within three days but not later than the closing date forregistration.

(2) In case the directionsreferred to in Paragraph (1) are not followed in due time, the Central ElectionCommission shall refuse registration.

(3) The refusal ofregistration shall be appealable before the Supreme Administrative Courtaccording to the procedure established by Article 26 (8) herein. If the courtrevokes the decision appealed, the Central Election Commission shall forthwithregister the party for participation in the elections, regardless of whetherthe time limit referred to in Article 82 (1) herein has expired, but not laterthan 50 days in advance of polling day.

Article91. […] (7) The refusal of registration shall be appealable before theSupreme Administrative Court according to the procedure established by Article26 (8) herein.

Article 107. (1) A candidate for National Representative may beproposed for registration by only one party orcoalition of parties in not more than two multi-member constituencies.

(2) Where a candidate isregistered by more than one party, coalition of parties or nominationcommittee, the earliest registration shall be valid.

(3) Where a candidatereferred to in Paragraph (1) be registered in more than two constituencies, theearliest two registrations shall be valid.

(4) An independentcandidate may be proposed for registration by only one nomination committee andin only one multi-member constituency.

(5) Where an independentcandidate is registered in more than one constituency, the earliest registrationshall be valid.

(6) The constituencyelection commissions shall notify the Central Election Commission of theregistered candidates not later than 24 hours after the closing date forregistration.

(7) The Central ElectionCommission shall ascertain and shall declare invalid any registrations effectedin violation of Paragraphs (1) and (4). The decision shall be made publicforthwith, and the constituency election commission and the candidates,parties, coalitions of parties and nomination committees concerned shall benotified.

(8) The decision of theCentral Election Commission declaring the invalidity of the registration of thecandidates under Paragraph (7) shall be appealable before the Supreme Administrative Courtaccording to the procedure established by Article 26 (8) herein.
