Article 52

Reports and appeals will be reviewed within seven days after thedeadline for appeals in a meeting of the provincial Supervisory Board.

The result will be written up in the minutes of the meeting. If the provincial Supervisory Board confirms the opinion of the Executive Boardregarding the disqualification of the candidate, the indicated SupervisoryBoard is required to seek the opinion of the central Supervisory Board as wellregarding this matter.

Clause 3. Incase the opinion of the central Supervisory Board is to disqualify candidateswhose candidacy has been confirmed by the Executive Board of the centre of theelection district, the candidates can submit their appeal to the GuardianCouncil.  The Guardian Council will announce its final and bindingdecision regarding acceptance or rejection of candidates to the InteriorMinistry within 20 days of the decision by the central Supervisory Board.
