Article 32: Appeal before the Constitutional Court

1.The final judge decisions about the submission of candidacies may beappealed before the Constitutional Court.

Article 34: Appeal lodge

1.The request to lodge the appeal, which must include its arguments, shall be deliveredin the court which took the appealed decision, and shall carry all the evidence elements.

4.The appeal ascends to the Constitutional Court in its own court files.
