Unofficialtranslation:

Article96: Any rejection to application must be legally reasoned.

Theapplication is subject to rejection within ten days starting from the date offiling the application.

Thedecision is subject to appeal by the respective administrative court withinthree days starting from the date of notification rejection.

Therespective administrative court has to issue its rule within five days startingfrom the date of registration of the appeal.

Allparties should be informed by the court decision, including the Wally, in orderto execute it.

The court decision is final and notsubject to any kind of appeal.
