Article 399. Supreme Court of Justice adjudicatescassation appeals against the decisions taken by first instance appellatecourts.

Article 68 (5) Court rulings shall be final and bindingfor execution upon its adjudication.
(6) Court rulings may be appealedwithin three days of their adoption.
(7) Suchappeals shall be examined within three days of submission.
